MTA Roller Gets the Buff

LA is making a big show over buffing the graffiti along the LA River.  The project will cost tax payers close to 1 Million dollars.  The funny thing is that the graffiti has been there for years and will likely return as soon as they clean it.  I wish some one would explain why they are paying the Army’s Corp of Engineers to clean up the river, when they just announced plans to lay off over 1200 city employees.  Talk about a waste of money.
