LA BRASS ORDERS ALL NEW HOMES GRAFFITI PROOF

According to NBC LA, a new ordinance has been drafted by the city government stating that all new homes must have a “anti-graffiti covering” from the ground up to nine feet. Building owners will have 7 days to remove graffiti or else they will be fined up to $550. This is a change from the previous law which stated that only commercial properties were required to have anti-graffiti measures.
